I am an Icelandic photographer with a passion for street and documentary photography. My work mainly focuses on capturing the diversity and complexity of human life. Every individual has a unique story to tell, and my mission is to bring these narratives to life through my lens with images that showcase the beauty, struggles, and emotions of everyday life.

My journey as a creative started with filmmaking in 2011. At first, I was fully involved in creating fictional stories. However, my interests changed over time, and I became more interested in documentary filmmaking. I was captivated by the idea of presenting real-life stories in a way that resonates with people on a personal level. This shift in focus eventually led me to transition into photography. I realized that the same storytelling principles applied to capturing a single frame. Just like in film, every photograph has the potential to tell a story, evoke emotions, and encourage reflection.

Since 2016, I've been passionate about photography. It all started with my first camera, and since then, I've delved into different styles. I found myself fascinated by street photography for its raw and unscripted nature. Using both digital and film cameras, my photography journey has been enriching, allowing me to authentically connect with diverse human stories every day.
